I was born and grew up in 1965 in the Raabestadt Eschershausen / Germany where I was also able to take part in the best time of my young life up to that point. The legendary "80s".
During this era, I also had many decisive experiences such as vocational training, driving license, military service and friendships that have lasted to this day.
My journey then took me to Nuremberg in 1995, where I found a new home and met my wife. After years in steady jobs and a stable life, we decided to take a new direction in 2023. We quit our permanent, well-paid jobs and sold our condominium. This decision was a step towards freedom and adventure that allowed us to discover new horizons and develop personally.

Since the fall of 2023, we have been living in Transylvania in the beautiful city of Sighișoara and again, so to speak
"in the countryside". When I went to Romania for the first time in 1996, I immediately fell in love with the beautiful landscape and fascinating nature. Even then I knew that one day I would come here to stay forever.
Transylvania, the sound of the name alone could make my blood run cold. I think of lonely mountain valleys, hear wolves howling and in the pale light of the full moon Count Dracula is up to mischief. The land of wolves and bears, where people sleep under garlic braids, eat lots of bacon and Țuică (Schnapps) and grow very old. A dream come true for me (us)!
